The 2015 Communicator Awards

The 2015 Communicator Awards have been announced, and we are excited to share that Somnio has been honored with 9 awards across a range of digital marketing categories.

Each year The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts calls for entries of the best work within marketing and communications. With nearly 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, judges select the top work that transcends both innovation and craft to honor it with a distinct Communicator Award.

This year Somnio selected a variety of projects for submission that we felt not only made an impact in their respective categories, but pushed the boundaries of what can be accomplished with digital marketing. Two of Somnio’s entries were awarded with the top honor in their category, the Gold Communicator Award of Excellence, with an additional 7 entries being honored with a Silver Communicator Award of Distinction.

It is an honor to be awarded with this type of recognition, but we are even more thrilled by the success these communications have driven for our clients.

About the Author

As the Vice President of Client Delivery” (PMO), Layne is responsible for the delivery of all programs and projects at Somnio. As a Key member of the Executive Team, he manages the producer and creative teams and establishes, measures and communicates performance metrics for staff; and acts as a trainer/mentor for his teams. Layne identifies process improvements and creates implementation plans to put a plan into action. He maintains our resource pool to ensure timely completion of all projects within the Somnio portfolio. Layne has visited over 50 different countries and has seen 5 of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. You can also find some artifacts he helped discover at the Bob Bullock Museum here in Austin, Texas.
