Kyndryl Collaborative, the Kyndryl delivery story
The challenge
Kyndryl delivery services, responsible for providing exceptional IT services globally, faced the challenge of showcasing its unique value proposition and "special sauce" in a way that resonated deeply with both customers and employees.
The technical nature of IT service delivery often obscures the human element and collaborative culture that truly differentiate Kyndryl from its competitors. The goal was to move beyond statistics and present a compelling, relatable narrative that highlighted the 62,000 diverse people who power Kyndryl delivery services every day , while also showcasing key differentiators, technology, and alliances.
The video needed to be a global asset, useful on kyndryl.com, social media, and within Kyndryl Collaboratives worldwide.
The solution
To address this, we adopted a journalistic, real, and human documentary-style approach. The solution centered on an intimate, global journey following the daily lives of three diverse Kyndryl employees—Thirumalesh Mohan in Bangalore, India, Maria Guzman in San José, Costa Rica, and Jitka Staněk in Brno, Czech Republic.
This format captured their unique routines and unwavering dedication, framing their individual stories as integral components of Kyndryl's shared mission of delivery excellence. The film's narrative transitioned from "day in the life" moments into the Kyndryl Collaborative centers, using candid interviews with the employees and key executives to reveal the culture of passion, innovation, and cross-skilling. This approach intimately involved the audience, making the employees' experiences relatable and showcasing the profound impact of the teams' co-creation with customers.

The results
The project successfully delivered the core objective: a suite of video assets that brought a human face to Kyndryl delivery services.
The main cut was a 3-5 minute delivery story film featuring the heroes and an executive, complemented by three individual 60-90 second Geo. Cuts (vignettes) for Costa Rica, Brno, and India , and multiple social cutdowns.
This comprehensive package, distributed across Kyndryl's social media and website , effectively communicated the essence of Kyndryl delivery services—a global, diverse team built on expertise, innovation, and excellence.
By highlighting the employees' personal experiences and team collaboration, the videos powerfully illustrated how Kyndryl is "The Heart of Progress" and serves as a living, breathing change center for customers worldwide.
